The intervention addresses a modernist house in Colonia Busquets, Vallvidriera, Barcelona, built in 1911 by Joan Busquets, a furniture designer associated with Catalan modernism. The update begins with respect for the original structure and the domestic character of the family home.
The house preserves not only its architecture but also the memory associated with the place and its inhabitants. The project understands the home as a continuity between past and present, between inherited objects and new ways of living.
The photographic report focuses on the relationship between architecture and history, showing how space continues to support both life and memory.
